Course Information

About Course
The FSM Global Solutions CCIE Wireless Boot-camp consists of a set of practice exercises covering all protocols tested in the CCIE lab exam. They are aimed at engineers preparing for the CCIE lab exam who already understand the theory of the protocols being tested.
This Boot-camp is the next step to fully understanding complex CCIE level technologies. Every possible technology you need to know for the CCIE Wireless lab. This approach combines an overview with an instructor-led class walk through every interface found in the CCIE Lab Exam. In the walk-through, the instructor will discuss with the students all possible aspects of configuration, then demonstrate those technologies, and go into expert level troubleshooting. This will all be done live while fielding questions from students throughout the demonstration. This live question-taking will facilitate diving even deeper into subjects than if an instructor simply recorded demonstrations, as different students will inevitably pose questions and scenarios in different ways.
CCIE certified and experienced Cisco instructor will facilitate the class. The instructor will provide a detailed explanation and facilitate group discussion. Students will also receive individual attention from the instructor if needed. Throughout the course, students will have access to their own personal rack of equipment matching the CCIE Wireless Lab blueprint. Immersing students in an environment without the distraction of work and personal obligations, students will maintain the focus required to benefit from the volume of material. Delegates should be prepared to work beyond the usual classroom hours.

Prerequisites:
CCIE certification does not have any formal prerequisites. No professional certifications or training courses are not required. However, candidates must first clear a written qualification exam and then the corresponding hands-on lab exam. One needs to have an in-depth understanding of the topics on the exams and strongly recommended to have three to five years of job experience before attempting certification.
Re-certification:
CCIEs Are Required to Re-certify Every Two Years. Active CCIE status reflects your commitment to maintaining expert-level knowledge in the industry. CCIEs are recommended to continually expand their technical knowledge and are required to clear a recertification exam every two years. In case of failure to recertify before the deadlines, your CCIE certification will become invalid, and you and your employer will lose the benefits associated with your expert status. Students have one year to reinstate their CCIE status before they become inactive and must begin the certification process all over again.
Re-certification Deadline:
Recertification deadline can be viewed online anytime (with your login) at Certification Status.
Subsequent recertification deadlines are always based on your original certification date, not on when you took your last recertification exam.
Candidates must make an initial attempt of the CCIE lab exam within 18 months of passing the CCIE written exam. Candidates who could not clear must reattempt the lab exam within 12 months of their last scored attempt in order for their written exam to remain valid. If a candidate does not pass the lab exam within three years of clearing the written exam, he or she must redo the written exam before being allowed to attempt the lab exam again.
