CCNP Collaboration Training in Bangalore

The CCNP Collaboration focuses mainly on Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Students will be taught on how to configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager, implement gateways and Cisco Unified Border Element, and build dial plans to place on-net and off-net voice and video calls using traditional numbered dial plans and Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs).

They will also be equipped with the knowledge of the implementation of media resources, including voice and video conferences, and be able to explain how the quality of service ensures that the network provides the required quality to voice and video calls. This course is indeed a comprehensive combo of major CCNP certifications namely Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications v1.0, Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony and Video 1.0, Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 1 -1.0 and Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video Part 2- v1.0.

  • Describe multisite deployment issues and solutions, and configure required dial plan elements.
  • Implement call-processing resiliency in remote sites by using Cisco Unified SRST, MGCP fallback, and Cisco Unified
  • Communications Manager Express in Cisco Unified SRST mode.
  • Implement Device Mobility and Cisco Extension Mobility.

CAPPS

  • Describe voice-mail integration options and requirements.
  • Cisco Unity Connection in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployment.
  • Describe how to implement Cisco Unity Express in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express deployment.
  • Implement Cisco Unified Presence and Jabber.
